Project details:
The Global Project seeks to invest in the provision of on-shore power supply (OPS) within the Southern Region of the Grand Harbour to provide electrical power to the berthed and/or docked vessels. Action B focuses on the provision of on shore power supply within the area of the new cargo terminal at Ras Ħanżir which is currently being constructed (this is a separate project) as well as the cargo quays along Laboratory Wharf and Magazine Wharf. This investment will provide the necessary power supply required for the vessels that berth and/or will berth on the above-mentioned quays.
